The Scribe is an old fashioned family run business. We started selling our writing products over 14 years ago when we realized how hard it was to get good quality seals, sealing waxes, quills, ink and parchment paper. We take pride in making hand made scribe supplies. Many of our products are still made the way they have been made for centuries. The Scribe caters to Writers, Medievalist, 17th and 18th Century Reenactors, and LARP's alike. We are 17 year veterans of the New York Renaissance Faire in Tuexedo, New York. If you would like to visit our shop it can found at 25 Swan Circle. The Faire is open for 8 weekends each summer. We can also be seen at the Medieval Festival at Ft. Tryon Park in New York City.
